When it was first suggested that I may benefit from an Executive Coach, I immediately recalled my 20 odd years of experience in HR and went through all the other “Executive Coaches” that I had come across… …but then I met Catherine.
She has an intuitive style that immediately realised that a tool box of tricks including the full range of either conceivable 4 x 4 matrix, probably wasn’t going to grip me with excitement. So instead we started our relationship in a very open way and it took off from there. Our sessions started with a “so how’s it going then” and then we went on a journey which was as flexible and as necessary, as I needed it to be for that particular moment in time, again Catherine’s intuition guiding me through what was needed.
It is only now when I look back that I realise the journey that seemed so natural, informal, enjoyable and fun, was taking me over some pretty, previously damaging “bumps in the road”. But the difference this time was my guide was able to help me over or around those bumps and keep going to a better more fulfilling place.
The place I am in today I do not believe I would have ever got to without Catherine as my guide and for that I will be forever in her debt.
