I’ve found working with Catherine a very rewarding experience. She has that ability to nurture and challenge in equal measures, using experiences from her own life to help ground some complex issues. She makes each session fun, full of laughter, but always a real learning opportunity, using research, current thinking and classics to guide you through. As I now reflect back on the last six months, I feel more confident, more mature and ready to face the challenges of my role, backed up by a better understanding of my strengths and how to really succeed. Given the chance all over again, I wouldn’t hesitate in signing up for the Executive Coaching Programme.
