I was introduced to Catherine nearly 20 years ago, when I was full of ambition, energy and potential but a little bit lost and frustrated wondering why I sometimes just got it wrong! We clicked instantly, she got me and, more importantly, she helped me to get me. At that point my real journey began. There are so many tails, anecdotes, books, videos and metaphors…..that I continue to use both for my own continual development or those around me. We have always stayed in touch but it has been a delight to work with Catherine again more recently….but this time for her to work her magic within my organisation. I am still in awe of her talent to understand the inner being and unlock their talent and it’s been a joy to watch the journey that others are now embarking on as a result.
