I was extremely fortunate to be given executive coaching when I stepped up in to a senior role in my business and this is where I had the pleasure of meeting Catherine.
I had no idea what executive coaching would achieve but I soon realised that Catherine has the unbelievable skills to relax you, open your mind and enable me to see who I am. It was like opening a book about me and enabled me to understand me more. Catherine’s methods made the whole process very enjoyable, albeit challenging at times, but with great results.
